Junior Naturalists – Home-School Program
NEW - Audubon's popular home-school program now has extended class time. That means more time for more outdoor exploration, so come dressed for the weather!
Join other home-schooled kids to learn about nature and science. This program introduces a different topic each class, with hands-on experiments and nature-based activities that are sure to foster a love of the natural world. Classes are limited to 15 children, so please register early. Adult must attend with child.
Feb 14 and 15, 2017: Animal Tracks and Signs
March 14 and 15, 2017: Birds of Prey and Owl Pellet Dissection
April 11 and 12, 2017: Reptiles and Amphibians on the Refuge
Audubon Environmental Education Center, 1401 Hope Street, Bristol, RI ; February 14, 15, March 14, 15, April 11, 12, 2017; 1:30-3:00 pm; Fee per program: $10/member child, $6/each additional sibling; $12/non-member child, $8/each additional sibling. Ages: 6-12.
