Herbal Cocktails

Did you know that today's fancy cocktails were originally inspired by the tonics prescribed at early pharmacies, known as apothecaries? These establishments resembled today's bars more than our modern-day drug stores. Herbal cocktails are back in style and we're celebrating with a class featuring our local cocktail farmer, Jessyloo Rodrigues of Parcel Apothecary. Join us for an evening of spirited fun where we’ll taste alchemical beverages made with herbs. Learn the proper technique for making cocktails and find confidence in using fresh and dry herbs in your drinks at home. Come sip and savor with us! This event is 21 and pre-registration is required, tickets will not be sold at the door. The class is limited to 16 adults.
