Daylight Owl Prowl- Cancelled

For years Audubon naturalists have heard owls at Fort Refuge during the day. Join Audubon on a daytime search for these amazing creatures. Take a walk around the Blue Trail listening and calling for owls during their breeding season. We never know if an owl will be seen or heard, but you will be sure to enjoy a great winter hike. Please dress for the weather and wear sturdy walking shoes. Hike will be cancelled in the event of inclement weather or icy trails.

Cancellation Policy

If you registered for an outdoor program, please come dressed for the weather and wear sturdy footwear. If we need to cancel or reschedule the program due to the weather or low enrollment, we will contact you prior to the program date. If you cannot attend the course as planned, you may receive an Audubon Society of Rhode Island (ASRI) course credit. You must inform ASRI in writing or email, 7 business days prior to the first class meeting. Credits may be applied toward any future ASRI course within the next year. Cancellations within 7 business days are not entitled to a class credit or transfer of any kind. Certain courses are non-transferable and are indicated in course description. Full refunds of registration fees are given only if ASRI cancels a class. The convenience fee of $1.50 is non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 30 days of the canceled class. ASRI reserves the right to change class locations, schedules, fees, and instructors when necessary. ASRI will not issue refunds for classes which have been postponed due to inclement weather or other circumstances beyond our control; we will make every effort to reschedule such classes. Travel Programs and overnight programs each have separate cancellation policies, see course description for each policy.
