Winter Beach Walk

Join naturalist Bob Kenney for a mid-day walk along Moonstone Beach. The low tide will be perfect for some leisurely beach-combing and bird-watching. Bring your binoculars; we’ll have a spotting scope available. Dress very warmly and expect tp walk one or two miles in soft sand. In the case of inclement weather, you will be notified, and the program will be rescheduled to January 20.

Turn south off US-1 onto Moonstone Beach Road. Follow the road all the way to the end, about 2 miles.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICIES • Audubon reserves the right to change class locations, schedules, and instructors when necessary. • If Audubon cancels a program due to low enrollment or bad weather, you will be given a full refund within 30 days. • If Audubon postpones and reschedules a program due to weather or other unforeseen circumstance, refunds will not be issued unless you make a specific request via email to msolis@asri.org. This refund will be minus the on-line registration convenience fee. • If you cannot attend a program and wish to obtain a refund, you must inform Audubon in an email to msolis@asri.org, at least 7 days prior to the first class meeting. This refund will be minus the on-line registration convenience fee. • If you cancel less than 7 days in advance, you are not entitled to a refund. The registration fee will be considered a donation to Audubon. • If you do not show up for a program, you are not entitled to a refund.
