Owling Van Trip

(We recommend you do not use GPS). *Directions: Take Rt. 95 to Rt. 4 to Rt. 102 north. Turn right onto Widow Sweets Rd. (just after the Exeter's Town Clerk's office and across from Anderson's Place.) Take second right onto Pardon Joslin Rd. (a dirt road). Travel approx. 1 mile. Parking lot is on the right side by a large Fisherville Brook Wildlife Refuge sign.

Come to Audubon for an owling adventure! Hop aboard the Audubon van with an expert guide to visit several locations around the state to look for these amazing birds. This unique program provides opportunities see or hear several species including Snowy, Short-eared, Barred, Screech and Great Horned Owls. Hot chocolate and snacks will be provided, but feel free to bring a bagged dinner to enjoy along the way. Dress for the weather and bring your binoculars and cameras! Space is limited so register early.

Departs from Fisherville Brook Wildlife Refuge, *Pardon Joslin Road, Exeter, RI; March 8, 2019; 4:00-8:00 pm; Program Fee: $40/member; $50/non-member. Ages: 14 and up.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICIES • Audubon reserves the right to change class locations, schedules, and instructors when necessary. • If Audubon cancels a program due to low enrollment or bad weather, you will be given a full refund within 30 days. • If Audubon postpones and reschedules a program due to weather or other unforeseen circumstance, refunds will not be issued unless you make a specific request via email to msolis@asri.org. This refund will be minus the on-line registration convenience fee. • If you cannot attend a program and wish to obtain a refund, you must inform Audubon in an email to msolis@asri.org, at least 7 days prior to the first class meeting. This refund will be minus the on-line registration convenience fee. • If you cancel less than 7 days in advance, you are not entitled to a refund. The registration fee will be considered a donation to Audubon. • If you do not show up for a program, you are not entitled to a refund. The registration fee will be considered a donation to Audubon. • Travel Programs and overnight programs each have separate cancellation policies, see course description for each policy.
