Eagle Cruise on the Connecticut River

Join Audubon for a winter trip on the Connecticut River to search for eagles, hawks, waterfowl, seals and other mammals. Binoculars will be available, as well as complimentary tea and coffee. The boat has a heated cabin, but dress very warmly as the best views are from the deck. After the tour, visit the Connecticut River Museum and enjoy the Eagles of Essex exhibit. Bring a lunch, snacks, water, camera and optics. NOTE: Due to the length of this trip, children must be at least 12 years to register.

Departs from Powder Mill Ledges Wildlife Refuge, 12 Sanderson Road, Smithfield, RI; February 15, 2020; 7:00 am-3:00 pm; Fee: $70/member; $80/non-member. Ages: Teen to Adult.

Cancellation Policy

Full Refunds will be given if Audubon cancels a class. Audubon reserves the right to change class locations, schedules, fees, and instructors when necessary. Audubon will not issue refunds for classes which have been postponed due to inclement weather or other circumstances beyond our control; we will make every effort to reschedule such classes. If you cannot attend a program as planned, you will be refunded the registration cost minus the convenience fees. To obtain a refund, you must inform Audubon in writing via email, 7 days prior to the (first) class meeting. Contact email address is listed for each program. Cancellations within 7 days will not be entitled to a refund. No-shows will not be refunded and the registration fee will be considered a donation to Audubon. Travel Programs and overnight programs each have separate cancellation policies, see course description for each policy.
