Bats and Beer

(We recommend you do NOT use GPS).

Directions: Take Rt. 95 to Rt. 4 to Rt. 102 north.  Turn right onto Widow Sweets Rd. (just after the Exeter's Town Clerk's office and across from Anderson's Place.)  Take second right onto Pardon Joslin Rd. (a dirt road).  Travel approx. 1 mile. Parking lot is on the right side by a large Fisherville Brook Wildlife Refuge sign.

Come to Fisherville Brook Wildlife Refuge for an evening of fun, learning about the fascinating world of bats and tasting some local brew. Start with a brief presentation and learn about the bats that live in the area. Then head out onto the trails in search of these winged creatures. We will stop at the pond and watch the magnificent bats at work catching their evening meal. If we are lucky, we may even catch a glimpse of the beaver that lives there too. Please bring a flashlight and wear sturdy shoes.

COVID-19 Notice: We will be following CDC guidelines for all programming.  We will be limiting attendance to a maximum of 9 people per program, plus the leader.  For the courtesy and safety of others, all participants will be required to wear a face covering during both indoor and outdoor programs. Any registrant not in compliance will be asked to leave the program and will not receive a refund.
