Last Hurrah to Summer! Treasure Hunt with Dirt Cups and Bug Juice

An Audubon educator will be your guide as you learn to use a map and compass and follow clues through different habitats. Can you complete the series and discover the mystery animal? After the treasure hunt, families head back to the Center for bug juice and dirt cup treats! Adults must accompany children. Registration is required. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes for walking on the nature trail.

Feathered Friends Kids Club members may earn points by attending this event.

Cancellation Policy

If you registered for an outdoor program, please come dressed for the weather and wear sturdy footwear. If we need to cancel or reschedule the program due to the weather or low enrollment, we will contact you prior to the program date. If you cannot attend the course as planned, you may receive an Audubon Society of Rhode Island (ASRI) course credit. You must inform ASRI in writing or email, 7 business days prior to the first class meeting. Credits may be applied toward any future ASRI course within the next year. Cancellations within 7 business days are not entitled to a class credit or transfer of any kind. Certain courses are non-transferable and are indicated in course description. Refunds are given only if ASRI cancels a class. Refunds are processed within 30 days of the canceled class. ASRI reserves the right to change class locations, schedules, fees, and instructors when necessary. ASRI will not issue refunds for classes which have been postponed due to inclement weather or other circumstances beyond our control; we will make every effort to reschedule such classes. Travel Programs and overnight programs each have separate cancellation policies, see course description for each policy.
