Bird Biology and Field Excursions with Charles Clarkson
Come learn everything you have ever wanted to know about our feathered friends from Charles Clarkson, Audubon Society of Rhode Island board member and professional ornithologist. This 6 week course offers a deeper exploration of everything bird. Topics will range from avian anatomy and physiology, the dynamics of migration and the newest technologies in ornithology to how birds cope with a changing climate. Two weekend field trips are included.

Directions: Take Rt. 95 to Rt. 4 to Rt. 102 north. Turn right onto Widow Sweets Rd. (just after the Exeter's Town Clerk's office and across from Anderson's Place.) Take second right onto Pardon Joslin Rd. (a dirt road). Travel approx. 1 mile. Parking lot is on the right side by a large Fisherville Brook Wildlife Refuge sign.
