Birding Connecticut Hot Spots Van Trip

Hop in Audubon's new van and explore a large diversity of habitats in nearby Connecticut — forest roads, open fields, a fish hatchery, ponds, and more. How many species can be found? Last year Cerulean Warblers and Sedge Wrens were spotted. Audubon volunteer Don Heitzmann will lead a day of birding and exploration. Bring lunch, water, snacks and binoculars. Trip will be cancelled if the case of bad weather.

Cancellation Policy

Full Refunds will be given only if ASRI cancels a class. ASRI reserves the right to change class locations, schedules, fees, and instructors when necessary. ASRI will not issue refunds for classes which have been postponed due to inclement weather or other circumstances beyond our control; we will make every effort to reschedule such classes. If you cannot attend a program as planned, you will be refunded the registration cost minus the convenience fees. To obtain a refund, you must inform ASRI in writing via email, 7 days prior to the (first) class meeting. Cancellations within 7 days will not be entitled to a refund. No-shows will not be refunded and the registration fee will be considered a donation to ASRI. Travel Programs and overnight programs each have separate cancellation policies, see course description for each policy.
