Frogs in the Forest
Massachusetts and Rhode Island have several remarkable amphibians that are active from late winter into mid-autumn. Join Audubon for a morning presentation and walk at Caratunk to learn about amphibians, their habits, and a favorite habitat: vernal pools. Learn who lives on the property and when they can be heard or sometimes seen. Includes an easy hike to the forested areas of Caratunk, so please dress for the weather and wear comfortable walking shoes. This is a family program for children ages 4 and up.

Cancellation Policy

Full Refunds will be given if Audubon cancels a class. Audubon reserves the right to change class locations, schedules, fees, and instructors when necessary. Audubon will not issue refunds for classes which have been postponed due to inclement weather or other circumstances beyond our control. Audubon will make every effort to reschedule such classes. If you cannot attend a program as planned, you will be refunded the registration cost minus the convenience fees. To obtain a refund, you must inform Audubon in writing via email, 7 days prior to the (first) class meeting. Contact email address is listed for each program. Cancellations within 7 days will not be entitled to a refund. No-shows will not be refunded and the registration fee will be considered a donation to Audubon. Travel Programs and overnight programs each have separate cancellation policies, see program description for each policy.
